Freezer Meal Prep Workshops

In our freezer meal workshop, each participant will help to prepare 6 family-friendly meals. The hard work is done for you, we shop all the ingredients and supplies, and arrange them at each meal-building station for you. All you need to do is cut up a few ingredients, assemble and have fun.  Did we mention, there is no clean-up required! We promise, your future self will thank you.

Wear clothes you wouldn’t mind getting a bit dirty, comfortable shoes, minimal jewelry, and your hair secured. (you’re welcome to bring an apron to wear!) There will be a short introduction about the program and recipes, then the fun begins!

My family won't eat all of these meals, can I pick and choose?

Unfortunately no, you will get one of each of the meals, but you can swap with other participants or gift them to a friend who just moved or had a baby.

I have special dietary needs, can I attend?

Yes!  We can help guide you if our recipes are appropriate for you, and might be able to help you modify to fit your dietary needs.  Please contact up prior to purchasing your ticket.

Can I buy the meals without attending the class?

These meals make a great gift for someone who has just had a baby or for yourself. We understand that life gets busy and attending a class may not be an option for you. We charge a $15 for us to prepare the meals for you. Please contact [email protected] to make arrangements. 

How many does each meal serve?

In each class we prepare 6 family friendly meals the serve a family of 4. However, if you have a family larger than four, we recommended adding your favorite sides to make the main entree stretch a bit further. 

What is the cancellation policy?

We are unable to process cancellation requests made less than 8 days before the event. We recommend sending someone in your place.  However, if this isn’t possible, we can process a refund when a cancellation is made 8 days before the event, minus the processing fees.  If you would still like to pick up your meals, but can no longer attend there is a $15 fee for us to prepare the meals and we will arrange with you for a time to pick them up following the class.

Can I bring a non-paying friend or family member?

Our space is limited, so while friends and family members are welcome to attend to help with the prep, there may not be room for them to help depending on the class size.
