As you all know this whole blog thing is new to me. I wrote my first blog two months ago. My hope is you will be encouraged to make healthy lifestyle changes while being entertained by my blog.
Today I am kicking off a new website section. I call it Meditations. I will be adding new meditations on a regular basis. The purpose of these Meditations is to encourage you to slow down and enjoy your foods, your exercise, and your life. They have a more serious bent to them although I do have a hard time being serious. I hope you enjoy them and are blessed by them.
May your weekend be restful and if you decide to eat pizza tonight, beware I might be there with my handy-dandy ruler. Whack! (See, I told you I have a hard time being serious.)
