Here are the facts. People who eat processed meats have a 50% greater risk of developing colon cancer. Processed meats are also high in saturated fats which cause heart disease. Processed meats and chips are high in sodium which causes heart disease and high blood pressure.
I’m sorry to have to share this with you. I grew up on Fried Baloney Sandwiches. On Sunday evenings my Mama would take the night off and we kids were left on our own. We would fry baloney and top it with any number of unhealthy toppings. Remind me to tell you about creating homemade corn dogs. YUM!
