Thousands Sign Up to Join Kansas City Dietitian and PETG!

Why are people joining PETG?  They want to protect our disease fighting friends Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Folate, Riboflavin, Zinc, Fiber, Selenium, Niacin, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, and Copper.  Check your daily vitamins.  You will find these friends.  Apparently dietary supplement companies are robbing these poor defenseless friends from our whole grains and locking them away into pills and then selling them.

We have to stop this shameful practice.

You may be asking yourself, but what can I do?  I am only one person

Stand tall PETG member.  It only takes one to start a revolution. You can make sure that you eat at least one serving daily of rich whole grains.  In fact, it is even better if you eat 2 or 3 servings each day.

Start your day with a ½ cup Nature’s Path Ancient Grains Granola.

For lunch sprinkle 1 tablespoon of ground flax seed, chia seed, wheat or oat bran into your smoothie or on top of your Greek yogurt.

For dinner prepare a wonderful side dish of Quinoa and Brown Rice.

You can save our Grains and as a side benefit you will be saving yourself from chronic diseases like colon cancer, diabetes, heart disease, just to name a few.

(If you would like to support this new organization with large amounts of cash please send it to WD.)

Long Live PETG!

Registered Dietitian

Hi, I’m Mary Kate. I love to try new foods and explore new restaurants and coffee shops, and even went on a homemade bagel-making kick this summer! My interest in nutrition started in middle school with my mom adding more veggies to our meals and making them taste interesting and fun, which sparked my interest to help her cook and learn more about how the food we eat impacts us every day. Over the years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the profound impact that proper nutrition and daily fueling can have on overall health. Like many of my clients, I have faced challenges with my own gut health and hormonal changes, so I can relate to the frustrations and fatigue that come with seeking relief. Through personalized care and tailored nutrition, I discovered the keys to my health, and my goal is to help others bring their sense of vitality back!
