No Bake Pumpkin Protein Balls
Breakfast, lunch, dinner these no bake protein balls are always the right answer. These no bake protein balls have 5 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber each. These balls are gluten-free and vegan too! I’ve been making a variety of no bake protein balls for years, but I have to say this one is my favorite. The texture is restaurant worthy! There is an extra step to make these no bake protein balls the perfect texture, which my kids don’t like but I promise it’s worth the wait.
When I crack open a can of pumpkin puree I can easily find a way to use the rest of the can, like making brownie recluse spiders, or a healthier pumpkin spice latte.
